Dijonnaise Fig sauce
This goes great as a kind of sweet, sour, and slightly spicy sauce for any kind of meat entree; just drizzle it over the top for a little added kick.
Ingredients

| Fig Spread | 2 Tbsp | Can also be substituted with any kind of good jam |
| Lemon Juice | 1 Lemon's worth | |
| Dijonnaise | 2 Tbsp | |
| Olive Oil | Drizzle/to taste |
Mix it all together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle it over your toast or cuts of meat.
