Dijonnaise Fig sauce

This goes great as a kind of sweet, sour, and slightly spicy sauce for any kind of meat entree; just drizzle it over the top for a little added kick.

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity Notes
Fig Spread 2 Tbsp Can also be substituted with any kind of good jam
Lemon Juice 1 Lemon's worth
Dijonnaise 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil Drizzle/to taste

Mix it all together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle it over your toast or cuts of meat.
