Takuan

SO I've never made this, but I've had it several times and it is delightful; crunchy, sweet, and just yummy. I'm going to investigate the recipes in this video and I'll list any others I find online here. Some I've seen online use yellow dye instead of saffron or turmeric, but I'd rather use the herbs and spices.
